General Access to the Property

Lane Rigg is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from Keswick bus station.

Taxi’s can drop guests off, at the front of the property

Car Parking

We have limited parking at Lane Rigg, which is allocated on request and charged at £2.00 per day and secured for  the duration of your stay.

You must call us or email us in advance on 01768 773122 or 07437 583757, e mail [email protected] to request your parking space and we will confirm availability.

We also have an e-permit which can be used for the Town Centre Car Park (immediately behind Lane Rigg) and Lakeside Car Park (at Theatre by The Lake – 5 minute walk). We charge £2.00 per day for this and it is valid from  2pm on the day of check in until 12.00 noon on the day of check out. We will require your car registration details in advance for this.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby but is subject to availability and can not be reserved.

Pay and Display Car Parks are located very close to Lane Rigg and details can be found on the Keswick Tourism Association and Allerdale Borough Council web sites.

Access within Lane Rigg

Lane Rigg offers en-suite bedroom accommodation on the first and second floors of the property.

There are no lifts in the property but the main staircase is broad with half landings.

We will of course help guests with their luggage if required.

Fire Warning / Assistance

We have a new and fully automated audible fire alarm system.  However, if guests require additional assistance due to hearing impairment, we have notices on each bedroom door, which notify us of such requirements.

Wifi

We have free Wifi provision throughout the property.
